There are resources and helpful materials available to guide and support you or the person you care for throughout the entire journey.

We all need a little help sometimes. Oxbryta comes with support from YourSource, our patient support program. At YourSource, we believe that you or your child’s journey with Oxbryta should be as seamless as possible. YourSource provides assistance with paying for treatment (for qualifying patients), receiving treatment, and staying on treatment as prescribed.
Your Care Coordinators will:
- Help you understand your insurance benefits
- Review and provide information on financial assistance programs based on eligibility*
Your Access Navigators will:
- Contact you to schedule an introductory session that gives information about the support provided by YourSource throughout your treatment (if you opted in on the Patient Authorization and Consent Form)
Your Nurse Support Team will:
- Answer your general questions about Oxbryta
- Provide education to help you start and continue treatment as prescribed by your healthcare provider
- NOTE: Our Nurse Support Team doesn’t provide medical advice or case-management services. Always talk with your healthcare provider if you need guidance about your specific condition or overall health
Your Specialty Pharmacy will†:
- Reach out to coordinate delivery of Oxbryta
- Follow up to make sure it’s delivered
- Assist with getting Oxbryta refills authorized as needed
- Answer general questions, any time (pharmacist available by phone 24/7)
